Sam McGuinness has a wealth of experience covering large and small scale projects totalling over $400 million in value.

Previous experience has ranged from working with boutique builders in creating some of Australia’s finest architectural homes to working with key private and institutional property development companies including Evolve Development & Becton Property Group.

S/PROJECTS provides a full compliment of development management services from project initiation & planning through to development funding, sales & marketing through to completion.

Utilising flexibility and ingenuity, we have tailored development solutions for any client’s needs.

We aim to provide stakeholder certainty by efficiently coordinating all aspects of a project.

S/PROJECTS provides a range of project management services from consultant appointment, design management, programming, contractor procurement, construction supervision & superintendent services through to delivery & settlement management.

Our role is to ensure that all project objectives are met including quality, risk management, cost and programme.
